About The Author Jani Anders

Jani Anders was born and raised in Southern California as the middle sibling of 6 children. Her parents were True “hippies” of their time but highly evolved as travelers, adventurers and educators. All the kids grew up with the Beautiful California coastline, the evolution of the best music ever created and a bit of the “HOLLYWOOD” influences.

Jani’s mother was a musician from the soul. Barely able to read sheet music but played piano bars and international cruise lines with an aptitude for singing “fluently” in 5 different languages. A “USO performer” during the war in Germany, she sang many times for her dinner, lived in youth hostiles and climbed the Alps.

After marrying Jani’s father, a top fighter pilot in Germany, they came home to the US, and Jani was born on New Year’s Day in 1957.

Also, with an appetite for travel, Jani has been a world traveler and has followed in her parents’ footsteps by living an ever-changing, adventurous lifestyle.

Now, a semi-retired massage therapist living in Florida, Jani has the time to write down a story she feels was “given” to her many years ago. Jani was in Southern California during the O.J. Bronco chase and was captivated by the enormity of the moment. The Rodney King Riots had just terribly rocked the state. This “Trial of the century” loomed like a creature in the darkness, promising to revive emotions and further divide the nation.

In March of 2024, when she heard that O.J. had died, it brought up the deepness of this story that she had held inside for nearly 30 years.

On this day, she made a phone call to Dawn Ghost Writing with the simple intentions of “writing it down” and having someone edit it, bind it and publish it, if only to have it to give away to family and friends as a proud project.

Although she never knew she could actually enjoy writing, with the help of Dawn Ghost Writing, Jani finds this to be a wonderful expression of a time-bending story she feels was divinely given her to tell so many years ago.

As timing would have it, this story would not have been relatable as an entertaining novel 30 years ago. Still, today, people are much more willing and able to imagine fantastical worlds with spiritual overtones, dire wolves and dancing bears.

With such an interesting life, Jani hopes to integrate some of her adventures with colorful personalities, beautiful landscapes, and twists and turns observed in all corners of the world. A very exciting time to be an observer of current human existence with a penchant for historical events; Jani has a gift for imagining stories with a distinct realism that could happen at any time and anywhere.
